TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMEEK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

• Any User Content you submit

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and any associated data at our discretion.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Comeek regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
